Class A Ordinary Shares definition

Class A Ordinary Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(a).
Class A Ordinary Shares means the class A ordinary shares of the Company with a par value of US$0.00001 each.
Class A Ordinary Shares shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.

  • The Pubco Class A Ordinary Shares and Pubco Warrants contemplated to be listed pursuant to this Agreement shall have been approved for listing on Nasdaq and shall be eligible for listing on Nasdaq immediately following the Closing, subject only to official notice of issuance thereof and any applicable requirement to have a sufficient number of round lot holders.

  • Each certificate formerly representing Purchaser Rights shall thereafter represent only the right to receive Pubco Class A Ordinary Shares as set forth herein.

More Definitions of Class A Ordinary Shares

Class A Ordinary Shares means (x) the Company’s shares of class A ordinary shares, par value $0.00001 per share, and (y) any capital stock into which such shares shall have been changed or any share capital resulting from a reclassification of such ordinary shares.
Class A Ordinary Shares means the Class A ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share, of ArcLight, prior to the Domestication, which automatically converted, on a one-for-one basis, into shares of common stock in connection with the Domestication;

Class A Ordinary Shares means the Class A Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company having a par value of USD 0.00001 each having the rights, and subject to the restrictions, provided in these Articles;
Class A Ordinary Shares means Class A ordinary shares of the Company, par value US$0.001 per share, in the share capital of the Company, each carrying one (1) vote per share.
