Candidate Product definition

Candidate Product has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(a).
Candidate Product means a product developed by Cellectis as per the Original Agreement and/or this Agreement, consisting in an allogenic anti-tumor adoptive T-cell expressing a single chain chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) directed against a particular Target including specific Attributes selected by Servier according to Section 3.2.5(a).
Candidate Product has the meaning provided in Section 2.3.1 (Research PlansIn General).
