Base Software definition

Base Software means the operating system and related Software, and operations, administration and maintenance features and functions, for all Seller's switch-based platforms.
Base Software means the SAP Software defined in the Scope Document of the respective Development Services upon which the installation and the use of the Features depend/operate. Base Software is not licensed under Development Support Services and must be acquired separately.
Base Software means - as opposed to Single User Software - Software installed on a server computer, the so-called “host”, which is accessed by Clients in order to make use of the functionalities of the Base Software.

  • The Base Software license will terminate; (i) if you no longer use or possess the Equipment; (ii) you are a lessor of the Equipment and your first lessee no longer uses or possesses it; or (iii) upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, unless you have exercised your option to purchase the equipment.

  • All IntelliCAD Base Software and ArchT Software source files must be destroyed immediately upon termination at the Commercial Member’s sole cost and Commercial Member shall certify such destruction to the Consortium within ten (10) days of the effective date of termination.

  • Commercial Member shall maintain complete and accurate records relating to Commercial Member’s use of the IntelliCAD Licensed Materials, including without limitation, copies of all agreements relating to the disclosure of the IntelliCAD Base Software and/or ArchT Software including agreements with Resellers.

  • The following terms apply to copyrighted software and the accompanying documentation, including, but not limited to, operating system software, provided with or within the Xerox-brand Equipment acquired hereunder ("Base Software") as well as software specifically set out as “Application Software” on the face of this Agreement.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, Commercial Member may not use the IntelliCAD Base Software, the ArchT Software, Derivative Works thereof or any Modification to create a hybrid version of the IntelliCAD Base Software by combining it with any Competing CAD Software.


More Definitions of Base Software

Base Software means software embedded, installed, or resident in Equipment that is necessary for operation of the Equipment in accordance with published specifications.
