The award of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding and not subject to appeal except as otherwise permitted by the Arbitration Act, 1991.
If the parties are unable to agree upon the arbitrator, any parties may apply to the court under the Arbitration Act, 1991 for the appointment of the arbitrator.
