Rules of Procedure definition

Rules of Procedure means the rules of procedure adopted by the Fund Council for the management of its own business, as originally adopted on July 16, 2010 and amended from time to time.
Rules of Procedure means the rules and regulations provided in this by-law.
Rules of Procedure means the Rules of Procedure of the Court, as established in accordance with Article 41.
