Approved Ancillary Products definition

Approved Ancillary Products means any Credit Card enhancement products (other than the Company Credit Cards) specified in Section 5.5(b) or approved by the Strategic Operating Committee for offering to Cardholders under the Program from time to time.
Approved Ancillary Products means the products listed on Schedule 1.1(a) and any additional Ancillary Products approved for offering under the Program after the Effective Date pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Approved Ancillary Products means the products listed on Schedule 1.1(a) and any other Credit Card enhancement products (other than the Company Credit Cards) approved by the Operating Committee for offering to Cardholders under the Program from time to time.

More Definitions of Approved Ancillary Products

Approved Ancillary Products has the meaning set forth in the Program Agreement.
Approved Ancillary Products means any debt protection products for the Belk Credit Cards and any Credit Card enhancement and other financial products (other than the Belk Credit Cards) approved by the Operating Committee for offering under the Program from time to time, including the Existing Approved Ancillary Products.

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Existing Products Tangible Products and intangible licensed Products which exist prior to the commencement of work under the Contract. Contractor retains the burden of proving that a particular product was existing before commencement of the Project. .

  • Existing Product means any formulation of the same product category and form sold, supplied, manufactured, or offered for sale in California prior to the following dates, or any subsequently introduced identical formulation:

  • Commercial Product means any such product as defined in FAR 2.101.

  • Red Hat Products means Software, Services, Subscriptions and other Red Hat branded offerings made available by Red Hat.

If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • Manufactured end product means any end product in product and service codes (PSCs) 1000-9999, except—

  • Roll-on product means any antiperspirant or deodorant that dispenses active ingredients by rolling a wetted ball or wetted cylinder on the affected area.

  • Approved Product means any water fitting, plumbing product, material or component which is the subject of an existing WRAS Approval;

  • by-product means a product which results from preparation of a fruit or vegetable product which has a positive economic value but is not the main intended result;

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.

  • Aerosol product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”
