Examples of Allowable Expense in a sentence
For purposes of this Coordination of Benefits section only, the following words and phrases have the following meanings: Allowable Expense means a health care expense, including Deductibles, Coinsurance, and Copayments, that is covered at least in part by any Health Care Plan covering the person for whom claim is made.
In addition, any expense that a health care Provider or Physician by law or in accord with a contractual agreement is prohibited from charging a covered person is not an Allowable Expense.
