Advisory Services definition

Advisory Services means the non-binding investment advisory services rendered by the Portfolio Manager to the Client. The Portfolio Manager shall be solely acting as an advisor to the Portfolio of the Client and shall not be responsible for the investment / divestment of Securities.

Advisory Services means the provision of personal recommendations to a consumer in respect of one or more transactions relating to credit agreements and constitutes a separate activity from the granting of a credit and from the credit intermediation activities set out in point 5.

Advisory Services has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4.

Examples of Advisory Services in a sentence

• Customer must notify BigID within thirty (30) days of a nonconformance of such Advisory Services with the Advisory Services Warranty.

• Such correction efforts and/or refund of any fees paid for the nonconforming Advisory Services shall be Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any Advisory Services Warranty claim.

• Except as otherwise expressly provided in an Order, BigID shall own all right, title and interest in any Work Product created as part of the Advisory Services.

• The parties may mutually agree upon Advisory Services to be provided by BigID to Customer in an Order, TOP or SOW.

• If (i) BigID fails to correct the nonconformance within thirty (30) days of its receipt of notice and (ii) Customer has provided complete and timely cooperation, then Customer shall have the option to either extend the period for correction or receive a refund of any fees paid for the nonconforming Advisory Services.

Advisory Services means the development and presentation of findings, conclusions, and recommendations for client consideration and decision making.

Advisory Services means personal recommendations to a consumer in respect of one or more transactions relating to credit agreements or crowdfunding credit services and that constitute a separate activity from the granting of a credit and from the and from the activities of credit intermediary as defined in point (12);

Advisory Services means the services, where the Portfolio Manager advises Clients on investments in general or gives specific advice required by the Clients and agreed upon in the PMS Agreement.

Advisory Services means recommendations or opinion, whether in written or report form or provided verbally, that are intended to influence a person in making an investment decision. ‘Advice’ falls within one of two categories: either General or Personal advice.

Advisory Services means the investment advisory in terms of the Regulations, and shall include the responsibility of advising on the portfolio strategy, investment and divestment of individual Securities in the Clients’ Portfolio, for an agreed fee structure and for a period hereinafter described, entirely at the Client’s risk, to all eligible categories of investors.

Advisory Services shall have the meaning set forth in Recital C hereto.

Advisory Services means investment management, investment advisory, investment sub-advisory or other similar services relating to securities or other financial instruments, commodities, real estate or any other type of asset.
