Project Services definition

Project Services means architectural, engineering services, land surveying, construction management at-risk services, ancillary technical services or other construction-related services determined by the board to be required by the project.

Project Services means the performance of services, including operation, management, administrative or similar services, for the Project, the development, design, engineering, procurement, financing, construction, installation, commissioning, testing, ownership, possession, use, operation, maintenance, study, or repair of the Project Assets or the performance of the Work.

Project Services means consultation or other services provided by Supplier to Customer under the Agreement and as part of Supplier’s project management with the purpose to deliver a specific project to the Customer as detailed in the Delivery Agreement. Project Services may include the provision of Deliverables such as, implementation work, written specifications, designs, tests and/or reports.

• The CITY shall have no obligation to reimburse the CONSULTANT for the services of any Subconsultant not previously made known to the CITY, or that are otherwise outside of the Scope of any particular Project Services Authorization, unless and until the CITY has given written approval of such reimbursement.
