• The Annual Bonus will be paid by March 15 of the year following the year for which it is earned.

Annual Bonus means a cash bonus, if any, awarded by the Board (or any applicable committee thereof) to Executive in recognition of Executive’s service during the preceding fiscal year and in a manner consistent with the Company’s annual bonus programs for senior executives.
