Virtual Collocation in Virtual Collocation Space. Where Requesting Carrier is Virtually Collocated in a space that was initially prepared for Virtual Collocation, Requesting Carrier may elect to (i) retain its Virtual Collocation in that space and expand that Virtual Collocation according to current procedures and the terms and conditions of this Agreement or (ii) unless it is not practical for technical reasons or because of space limitations, convert its Virtual Collocation to Physical Collocation at such Premises, in which case Requesting Carrier shall coordinate the construction and rearrangement with Ameritech of its transmission equipment and facilities for which Requesting Carrier shall pay Ameritech at the rates set forth at Item VII of the Pricing Schedule. In addition, all applicable Physical Collocation recurring charges shall apply.
Virtual Collocation in Virtual Collocation Space. Where CLEC is Virtually Collocated in a space that was initially prepared for Virtual Collocation, CLEC may elect to (i) retain its Virtual Collocation in that space and expand that Virtual Collocation according to the terms of this Agreement and CBT’s applicable tariffs or (ii) unless it is not practical for technical reasons or because of space limitations, convert its Virtual Collocation to Physical Collocation at such Premises, in which case CLEC shall coordinate with CBT the construction and rearrangement of its transmission equipment and facilities, for which CLEC shall pay CBT at the rates set in the Pricing Schedule. In addition, all applicable Physical Collocation recurring charges shall apply.
Virtual Collocation in Virtual Collocation Space. SBC-Ameritech shall offer CLEC the option of cageless collocation as required by 47 C.F.R. Section 51.323 (k)(2). Where CLEC is Virtually Collocated in a space which was initially prepared for Virtual Collocation, CLEC may elect to: (i) retain its Virtual Collocation in that space and expand that Virtual Collocation according to current procedures and the terms and conditions of this Agreement; or (ii) convert its Virtual Collocation to a Cageless Physical Collocation unless SBC-AMERITECH elects to move the collocation to other available space, and that new space assignment satisfies the criteria set forth in 47 C.F.R. 51.323(f)(7). In this instance, the costs associated with the move are the responsibility of the Party requesting the move; or (iii) unless it is not practical for technical reasons or because of space limitations, convert its Virtual Collocation to Physical Collocation at such Premises, in which case CLEC shall coordinate the construction and rearrangement with SBC-AMERITECH of its transmission equipment and facilities for which CLEC shall pay SBC-AMERITECH at the rates set forth in the Pricing Schedule. In addition, all applicable Physical Collocation recurring charges shall apply.
Virtual Collocation in Virtual Collocation Space. Where Intermedia is Virtually Collocated in a space that was initially prepared for Virtual Collocation, Intermedia may elect to (i) retain its Virtual Collocation in that space and expand that Virtual Collocation according to the terms of this Agreement and applicable tariffs or (ii) unless it is not practical for technical reasons or because of space limitations, as demonstrated by CBT to the Commission, convert its Virtual Collocation to Physical Collocation at such Premises, in which case Intermedia shall coordinate the construction and rearrangement with CBT of its transmission equipment and facilities, for which Intermedia shall pay CBT at the rates set in the Pricing Schedule. In addition, all applicable Physical Collocation recurring charges shall apply.
Virtual Collocation in Virtual Collocation Space. Where CLEC is Virtually Collocated in a space that was initially prepared for Virtual Collocation, CLEC may elect to (i) retain its Virtual Collocation in that space and expand that Virtual Collocation according to the terms of this Agreement and applicable tariffs or (ii) unless it is not practical for technical reasons or because of space limitations, convert its Virtual Collocation to Physical Collocation at such Premises, in which case CLEC shall coordinate with CBT the construction and rearrangement of its transmission equipment and facilities, for which CLEC shall pay CBT at the rates set in the Pricing Schedule. In such case, CBT will transfer title to the transmission equipment previously dedicated to CLEC’s use upon reimbursement for unrecovered equipment costs, if any. In addition, all applicable Physical Collocation recurring charges shall apply.
Virtual Collocation in Virtual Collocation Space. Where TCG is Virtually Collocated a space which was initially prepared for Virtual Collocation, TCG may elect to (i) retain its Virtual Collocation in that space and expand that Virtual Collocation according to current and the terms of this Agreement or (ii) unless it is not practical for technical reasons or of space limitations, convert its Virtual Collocation to Physical at such in which case TCG shall coordinate construction and rearrangement with Ameritech its transmission equipment and facilities for which TCG shall pay Ameritech at the rates set forth at Item of the Pricing Schedule. In addition, all applicable Physical Collocation recurring charges shall apply. Nondiscriminatory Collocation. Collocation shall be made available to TCG by Ameritech: on a basis that is at parity to the priorities that Ameritech provides to itself, its subsidiaries, or other persons. The quality of design, performance, features, functions and other characteristics of Collocation made available to TCG under this Agreement shall be at parity to that which Ameritech provides in its network to itself, its subsidiaries, its Affiliates or other persons.
Virtual Collocation in Virtual Collocation Space. Where Sprint is Virtually Collocated in a space that was initially prepared for Virtual Collocation, Sprint may elect to (i) retain its Virtual Collocation in that space and expand that Virtual Collocation according to the terms of this Agreement and applicable tariffs or (ii) unless it is not practical for technical reasons or because of space limitations, convert its Virtual Collocation to Physical Collocation at such Premises, in which case Sprint shall coordinate with CBT the construction and rearrangement of its transmission equipment and facilities, for which Sprint shall pay CBT at the rates set in the Pricing Schedule. In such case, CBT will transfer title to the transmission equipment previously dedicated to Sprint’s use upon reimbursement for unrecovered equipment costs, if any. In addition, all applicable Physical Collocation recurring charges shall apply.
Virtual Collocation in Virtual Collocation Space. Where Focal is Virtually Collocated in a space which was initially prepared for Virtual Collocation, Focal may elect to (i) retain its Virtual Collocation in that space and expand that Virtual Collocation according to current procedures and the terms and conditions of this Agreement or (ii) unless it is not practical for technical reasons or because of space limitations, convert its Virtual Collocation to Physical Collocation at such Premises, in which case Focal shall coordinate the construction and rearrangement with Ameritech of its transmission equipment and facilities for which Focal shall pay Ameritech at the rates set forth at Item VII of the Pricing Schedule. In addition, all applicable Physical Collocation recurring charges shall apply.
Virtual Collocation in Virtual Collocation Space. Where 21st Century is Virtually Collocated in a space that was initially prepared for Virtual Collocation, 21st Century may elect to (i) retain its Virtual Collocation in that space and expand that Virtual Collocation according to the terms of this Agreement and applicable tariffs or (ii) unless it is not practical for technical reasons or because of space limitations, as demonstrated by Ameritech to the Commission, convert its Virtual Collocation to Physical Collocation at such Premises, in which case 21st Century shall coordinate the construction and rearrangement with Ameritech of its transmission equipment and facilities, for which 21st Century shall pay Ameritech at the rates set forth at Item VII of the Pricing Schedule. In addition, all applicable Physical Collocation recurring charges shall apply.
Virtual Collocation in Virtual Collocation Space. Where Frontier is Virtually Collocated in a space that was initially prepared for Virtual Collocation, Frontier may elect to (i) retain its Virtual Collocation in that space and expand that Virtual Collocation according to the terms of this Agreement and applicable tariffs or (ii) unless it is not practical for technical reasons or because of space limitations, as demonstrated by CBT to the Commission, convert its Virtual Collocation to Physical Collocation at such Premises, in which case Frontier shall coordinate the construction and rearrangement with CBT of its transmission equipment and facilities, for which Frontier shall pay CBT at the rates set in the Pricing Schedule. In addition, all applicable Physical Collocation recurring charges shall apply.
