Physical Collocation. (a) If space for Physical Collocation is immediately available at the time of CLEC's request, SBC-AMERITECH shall include in its notice to CLEC: (i) the space to be provided, and (ii) whether SBC- AMERITECH can deliver the space to CLEC by the date set forth in Section 12.15.2(d).
Physical Collocation. 8.6.2.1 CLEC is responsible for the maintenance and repair of its equipment located within CLEC's leased space.
Physical Collocation. Ameritech shall provide to Requesting Carrier Physical Collocation on its Premises for equipment necessary for Interconnection (pursuant to Article III) or for access to unbundled Network Elements (pursuant to Article IX), except that Ameritech will provide for Virtual Collocation of such equipment if Ameritech demonstrates to the Commission that Physical Collocation is not practical for technical reasons or because of space limitations, as provided in Section 251(c)(6) of the Act. Ameritech shall provide Requesting Carrier Collocation only for the purpose of Interconnection or access to Ameritech's unbundled Network Elements and for no other purpose other than as specifically provided by the Act, the Commission or the FCC.
Physical Collocation. (a) If space for Physical Collocation is immediately available at the time of Requesting Carrier's request, Ameritech shall include in its notice to Requesting Carrier (i) the space to be provided and (ii) whether Ameritech can deliver the space to Requesting Carrier by the date set forth in Section 12.12.2(c).
Physical Collocation. (a) If space for Physical Collocation is immediately available at the time of Requesting Carrier’s Collo Order, Ameritech shall include in its Collo Response to Requesting Carrier notice of such immediate availability.
Physical Collocation. CLEC shall provide to SBC-AMERITECH Physical Collocation in the LEC Access Equipment Room in CLEC’s Wire Centers for equipment necessary for Interconnection (pursuant to Article III). CLEC shall provide SBC- AMERITECH Collocation only for the purpose of such Interconnection.
Physical Collocation. 4.1.1 When MCIm provides its own facilities or uses the facilities of a 3rd Party to an AT&T ILLINOIS Tandem or End Office and wishes to place its own transport terminating equipment at that location, MCIm may interconnect using the provisions of Physical Collocation as set forth in Appendix Collocation.
Physical Collocation. GTE shall provide to Nextel physical collocation of equipment pursuant to 47 CFR § 51.323 necessary for interconnection, provided that GTE may provide virtual collocation in place of physical collocation, or in some cases deny a particular collocation request entirely, if GTE demonstrates that physical collocation, or perhaps even virtual collocation, is not practical because of technical reasons or space limitations, as provided in Section 251(c)(6) of the Act. GTE will work with Nextel to install collocation arrangements within 120 calendar days absent extenuating circumstances. GTE will provide such collocation for purposes of interconnection pursuant to the terms and conditions in the applicable federal and state EIS tariffs.
Physical Collocation. 7.3.1 USWC shall provide to DSLnet Physical Collocation of equipment necessary for Interconnection or for access to unbundled Network Elements, except that USWC may provide for Virtual Collocation if USWC demonstrates to the Commission that Physical Collocation is not practical for technical reasons or because of space limitations, as provided in Section 251(c)(6) of the Act. USWC shall provide such Collocation for the purpose of Interconnection or access to unbundled Network Elements, except as otherwise mutually agreed to in writing by the Parties or as required by the FCC or the appropriate Commission subject to the rates, terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Physical Collocation. CBT shall provide to Intermedia Physical Collocation on its Premises for equipment necessary for Interconnection (pursuant to Article III) or for access to unbundled Network Elements (pursuant to Article IX), except that CBT will provide for Virtual Collocation of such equipment if CBT demonstrates to the Commission that Physical Collocation is not practical for technical reasons or because of space limitations, as provided in Section 251(c)(6) of the Act. CBT shall provide Intermedia Collocation only for the purpose of Interconnection or access to CBT's Network Elements.
