Cageless Physical Collocation. 4.1.3.1 Subject to technical feasibility and security requirements, SBC-13STATE will allow Collocator to collocate in any Unused Space in SBC-13STATE’s Eligible Structure (eg. Central Office, CEV, Hut or Cabinet containing Telecommunications Equipment), without requiring the construction of a cage or similar structure, and without requiring the creation of a separate entrance to Collocator’s Physical Collocation Space. SBC-13STATE will designate the space to be used for cageless collocation. SBC-13STATE may require Collocator to use a central entrance to the building in which the cageless collocation is provided, but may not require construction of a new entrance for Collocator’s use, and once inside the building, SBC-13STATE must permit Collocator to have direct access to their equipment.

Cageless Physical Collocation. Cageless Physical Collocation is a non-caged area within a USW Central Office, intermingled with USW or NAS equipment bays. Space will be made available in standard 9 square foot, single bay increments. NAS will be responsible for the procurement, installation and maintenance of the bays and telecommunications equipment. As with both Virtual and Caged Physical Collocation, Cageless Physical Collocation will also include access to the appropriate cross-connect device in which NAS can make connections to USW UNEs.

Cageless Physical Collocation. Sprint shall allow SBCT to collocate in any unused space in the Premises, without requiring the construction of a cage or similar structure, and without requiring the creation or construction of a separate entrance to SBCT’s Collocation space (referred to as “Cageless Collocation”). Once inside the building, Sprint shall permit SBCT direct access to its equipment. SBCT will be permitted to purchase space in increments small enough to collocate a single rack or Bay of equipment.
Cageless Physical Collocation is a non-caged area within a Qwest Premises. Qwest shall provide such space in an efficient manner that minimizes the time and costs. In Wire Centers, space will be made available in single frame bay increments. Qwest shall provide space, where available, in existing Qwest line ups, under existing cable racking and ironwork, where there is existing HVAC and proximately available power supplies, subject to the reservation guidelines set forth in Section 8.2.1.16. In Wire Centers, the current minimum square footage is nine (9) square feet per bay, however, if smaller bays are or become available, Qwest will reduce the minimum square footage accordingly. Space will be provided utilizing industry standard equipment bay configurations in which CLEC can place and maintain its own equipment. CLEC is responsible for the procurement, installation and on-going maintenance of its equipment as well as the Cross Connections required within CLEC’s leased Collocation space. CLEC may elect to share its Cageless Collocation space (e.g. sublease a shelf to another CLEC), however, the CLEC of record is solely responsible for ordering, provisioning, repairing, maintaining, and billing for equipment, cross- connects, and services in its Collocation space.
Cageless Physical Collocation. Pathnet is solely responsible for the maintenance and repair of its equipment located within Pathnet's cageless physical space.

Cageless Physical Collocation. 40.4.1 Cageless Physical Collocation is a non-caged area within a USW Wire Center. Any unused space will be made available to the extent technically feasible in standard 9 square foot, single bay increments. ATTI will be responsible for the procurement, installation and maintenance of the bays and telecommunications equipment as well as the cross-connections required within ATTI's leased Part A collocation space. Compliance with NEBS3 safety standards is required to the same extent that USW complies with the same standards.

If Requesting Carrier wishes to collocate a rack or bay with dimensions different than a Standard Bay or requests floor space greater than the Standard Bay Footprint, Requesting Carrier shall request same via an NSCR (as defined in Section 12.3
