Percentageof sales is a measurement utilized to ensure continued profitability. If the business case shows that certain routes and or delivery areas are not profitable on a quarterly basis; the company may explore other delivery options notwithstanding article Routes being assessed under the terms of this letter of understanding will be capped at four routes. Delivery routes will be monitored and reassessed on a quarterly basis; should the areas become profitable again on a quarterly basis, private fleet trucks will be dispatched back into those areas. LETTER OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN ALUMINART PRODUCTS LIMITED AND UNITED STEELWORKERS Notwithstanding 25.01 and 25.02 following the 2002 – 03 Collective Bargaining, the Company and the Union shall discuss transferring the benefit plans to the Union to administer. The Company shall advise the Union of the premium it will have to pay to provide benefits as set out in 25.01 and 25.02 and the Union will consider the options to accept such premium amount and provide the benefits package. The provisions of a Union provided benefit package are up to the Union. If the Union exercises such option it will be for the period of this Collective Agreement. This discussion may have to wait until the Bargaining Unit has a full year of experience for the purpose of benefit insurance.
