Rainwater stacks will drop through the cores. Condensate Drains: Condensate from fan coil units will drain to falls into a common condensate drainage system. The condensate riser will discharge at basement level over a suitable xxxxxx. Condensate from air plant cooling coils will discharge locally over a plant room xxxxxx. The system has been designed without the need for condensate pumps.
