Water Pipes definition

Water Pipes means irrigation pipes owned by the Company conveying water to farmers now or in the future.
Water Pipes means apparatus within the Order limits owned and operated by Anglian Water as identified by a blue dashed line on Figure ES5.1 'current and proposed landfill phases';
Water Pipes means pipes owned by the Company conveying water to Off Take Points. (ll) "Water Charges" means the charges charged by the Company pursuant to clause 5.
