Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. As directed in the task order PWS, Contractor shall provide and implement a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) that meets Federal, State, and local regulations and requirements. Government shall review and accept plan prior to Contractor mobilization. The Contractor shall submit Notice of Intent (NOI) to installation Environmental Office for review and acceptance. Upon completion of work, Contractor shall submit Notice of Termination (NOT) to installation Environmental Office for review and acceptance. Contractor shall submit copy of the NOI, NOT and other permits to COR upon request, and Contractor shall include copies in its Final Report.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. Contractor shall ensure that a storm water pollution prevention plan is initiated, maintained, and enforced in accordance with all regulations, local ordinances, and agencies, throughout duration of the Project.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. Design Build Entity shall develop and implement the SWPPP that complies with the State of California Construction General Permit for Storm Water Discharges. Design Build Entity shall pay all costs associated with development and implementation of the SWPPP as provided hereunder, which shall be included in the GMP.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. All Tenant facilities and improvements shall meet the Airport’s Tenant Design Guide and Xxxx Xxxxx Airport Construction Standards as well as Architectural Guidelines, as may be amended from time to time. All improvements shall meet the California Green Building Code (Title 24) CALGreen Tier 1. In particular, the Tenant shall implement the following conservation measures and policies as applicable:
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. Tenant hereby agrees to abide by all rules and regulations established by Landlord or any state, county, or federal agency in regard to storm water pollution prevention.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. The CONSULTANT shall prepare the SWPPP for compliance with the State NOI requirement if the threshold of disturbed area is exceeded.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. SELLER has prepared and will maintain a SWPPP and Drainage Plan for the project. The plan includes best management practices such as stabilized construction entrances, silt fence, and inlet protection. Surface drainage on the rear of the lots will be toward the roadways or a rear-lot drainage swell, and drainage on front and side of lots will be toward the streets.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. The ENGINEER will provide to the County with a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) at 1” = 100’Scale, and specifications in accordance with TPDES and additional County guidelines.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. Tenant shall provide, upon written request, a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) specific to the Tenant’s use of the Premises. Such plan will include: A set of written site, or activity specific best management practices developed to eliminate non-storm water discharges. The SWPPP must eliminate non-storm water discharges to the maximum extent possible or control discharges using the best available control technology. Non- storm water discharges include discharge of any material other than clean storm water that will lead to pollutants, including sediments, entering the Airport storm water collection system.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. The enforcement official may require any business or operation that is engaged in activities which may result in pollutant discharges to the MS4 to develop and implement a storm water pollution prevention plan, which must include an employee training program and the applicable BMPs from the jurisdictional runoff management program.
