Single Audit Report. If Contractor expends $750,000 or more in Federal awards, including TxCDBG funds or other Federal financial assistance received indirectly from pass-through entities, during a fiscal year, Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining an audit in accordance with the Single Audit Act Amendments of 1996 (31 U.S.C. 7501–7507) and other applicable federal regulations.
