Scholarship Program. As of the Effective Time, New Ceridian shall have in place a scholarship program that is substantially the same as the scholarship program funded by the Corporation. New Ceridian shall assume the responsibility to provide the scholarships previously awarded under the Corporation's program to individuals who are related to New Ceridian Employees and Former New Ceridian Employees. The Corporation shall retain the responsibility to provide scholarships awarded under the Corporation's program to individuals who are related to Arbitron Employees and Former Arbitron Employees.

Scholarship Program. Developer shall contribute (or cause the contribution of) Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($3,500,000) in all cash (the “Scholarship Fund Contribution”) to the “Lennar Bayview Scholarship Fund” to be held as part of the Community Benefits Fund (as defined below) and to be used to assist youth and adults up to age thirty (30) living in BVHP with the cost of tuition and/or educational materials for any course in support of any educational program that grants a diploma, degree or certificate of completion that is offered by a college, university, community college, technical or trade school recognized by any of the six regional higher education accreditors, including the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. In addition, the Lennar Bayview Scholarship Fund will be used to fund “The Will Bass Memorial Educational Travel Scholarship” which will annually award Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) for educational travel to Africa or Asia to one African American student (18 to 25 years old) from BVHP. The obligation to contribute the Scholarship Fund Contribution shall accrue and be made as follows: (i) Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) on the date that is ninety (90) days after the first Major Phase Approval and (ii) Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000) on the date that is sixty (60) days after the date that Developer obtains each thousandth (e.g. the 1,000th, 2,000th, 3,000th, etc.) Unit Credit, as described in the Below-Market Housing Plan.
Scholarship Program. A leave of absence will be granted upon request of up to one (1) year (unless otherwise provided by law) without pay to a tenured teacher to participate in a Foreign Exchange Teaching Program under the Fulbright Act or any similar program.

Scholarship Program. Activity 1: Implement a local scholarships program for students in selected institutions Regional: Advance continued to monitor scholarship holder’s academic performance and their progress towards completing their studies and graduating. To date in Honduras, all 30 students from UCENM have graduated and/or completed their studies. A total of 44 scholarship holders from XXXXXX graduated, except for one student who had to retake an entire semester of courses. In UNAH, 24 scholarship holders graduated from all degree programs, and there are still 10 students pending graduation from the Food and Beverage degree. Although the Program made several efforts to follow-up until the end of this reporting period, UNAH did not provide the updated data on these students. In Guatemala, the Program concluded its monitoring support with 40 scholarship holders graduating from UPANA. Of the four students from the Business Administration degree program who were pending graduation, the Program was able to support at least two to complete all coursework. The two other students faced health problems which prevented them from finishing their courses, but at least one of them expressed his commitment to retake them next semester. All 37 scholarship holders from USAC- CUNOROC completed all requirements for graduation and graduated from all supported degree programs. While at URL 38 scholarship holders graduated, except for one who had to retake courses next semester and will graduate next year. In Jamaica, Advance continued to monitor scholarship holders from the Health and Wellness Tourism and the Agroprocessing and Business Management degree programs at CCCJ’s Montego Bay Community College who were close to graduation. At least 78 scholarship holders from CCCJ have graduated to date. While the Program faced a relatively high dropout rate from scholarship holders due to the challenges many of them have been facing since the pandemic, Advance continues to identify solutions including providing psychosocial support next year. Scholarship Program. With the purpose of contributing to transforming territories based on education, in 2017 the Bancolombia Foundation and the Serena del Mar Foundation joined efforts to facilitate access to higher education for eight youngsters from the Manzanillo del Mar and Tierra Baja villages in Cartagena, granting them full academic grants as part of the Bancolombia Foundation’s Sueños xx Xxx (Peace Dreams) Scholarship program designed for youngsters belonging to the lower social strata: levels 1, 2 and 3. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Social Director of the Serena del Mar Foundation, considers that “supporting professional education is one of the paths we have chosen to improve the quality of living of the communities with whom we work in the northern zone of Cartagena, and to make them protagonists of their development. In this sense, our alliance with the Bancolombia Foundation has turned out to be key in contributing to the integral formation of the new generations in Manzanillo del Mar and Tierra Baja. These populations have a promissory future.” The young beneficiaries of the scholarships, whom have been chosen through an evaluation process that takes into account their academic performance, are currently studying in programs such as Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration and Psychology in the University of Cartagena and in the Tecnológico Comfenalco University Foundation. Precisely one of the grant holders is Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, inhabitant of Tierra Baja and a Psychology student. She considers that “this alliance allows for there to be possibilities for us youngsters wanting to make professional studies in important universities of the city. I know that in the future this opportunity will improve not only my quality of living, but also that of my family and the community in general”. This takes into account that one of the commitments the agreement incorporates is for the youngsters to give back to their communities what they learn in their professional formation.
