SaaS. 1.1. In consideration of and conditional upon the payment of the full payment of the SaaS Fee to Us (on the terms set out in the relevant Statement of Work) We grant You a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right, without the right to grant sub-licences, to use the SaaS. Such right shall commence on the provision of the SaaS and shall continue for the LicenceTerm as set out in the applicable Statement of Work.
SaaS. 2.1 PolderValley hereby grants to Customer, during the Term, a non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable (unless otherwise agreed in writing) right to access and use the SaaS product from PolderValley or distributed through a distributor reseller or a service provider of PolderValley (collectively referred to as “PolderValley Partner”), subject to the terms of this Agreement and solely for internal purposes within Customer’s own business.
SaaS. If a Module for SaaS is signed, CUSTOMER agrees to pay additional hosting infrastructure Products and Service Fees that will be required or be replaced with an all-in monthly subscription Fee.

SaaS. “SaaS” is defined in Section 3.8(d) of the Agreement.
SaaS. The term “SaaS” means capability provided to County to use applications made available by Contractor running on a cloud infrastructure. The applications are accessible from various County devices through a thin County interface such as a web browser (e.g., web-based email). County does not manage or control the underlying cloud infrastructure including network, servers, operating systems, storage, or even individual application capabilities, with the possible exception of limited user-specific application configuration settings.
SaaS. These SaaS terms (the “SaaS Terms”) set out the terms and conditions applicable to the software-as-a-service offering (“SaaS) as identified in the Order Form and form part of the Agreement. The SaaS Terms take precedence over other Agreement terms in relation to the SaaS.
SaaS. SPECIFICATIONS. Kendis provides SaaS in the form of cloud-based Software, Hosting Services, and Support Services. License Customer can license use of the Kendis under annual or monthly license subscriptions. Software Customer can license use of the Kendis under annual or monthly license subscriptions. Kendis Software enables customers to use Kendis’s Cloud Hosting Services and all the capabilities and functionalities offered agreed upon functionality. Kendis makes regular updates to keep improving and adding new functionalities. With the exception of “Add ons” that would be an extra purchase, Kendis will make all functionalities accessible for Customer. Hosting Services Hosting Services include your use of the Kendis Software on Kendis’s cloud infrastructure to manage and deliver Kendis-Licensed Software. Hosting Services for a Kendis Installation includes delivery of the Kendis-Licensed software. Support Services Kendis agrees to provide technical assistance to Customer in connection with the SaaS. Customer agrees to provide first response assistance to organisational users and individuals agree to use the help information provided on the website prior to using Kendis’s Support Services. SaaS. 5.1 Empirix will (a) make the SAAS available to Customer pursuant to this Agreement and the applicable Order, (b) provide Technical Support and Maintenance for the SAAS to Customer at no additional charge, and (c) provide the SAAS in accordance with applicable laws and government regulations when used according to this Agreement and the documentation accompanying such SAAS (the “ SAAS Documentation”).
SaaS. The Products are offered by Workspacify as web- based software-as-a-service (SaaS) cloud solutions and provided on servers operated by Workspacify. During the term of the Agreement, the Customer is entitled to access the Products via an internet connection and to use them for its own business purposes for the storage and processing of its own Customer Content. 1.1
