Products and/or Services definition

Products and/or Services means any products, goods, items, services, websites, applications, amenities and/or facilities provided by us.

Products and/or Services means EagleView’s proprietary products and/or services and/or content identified in an Order Form and developed and owned by EagleView, its Affiliates (its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, advisors, and persons or entities which are controlled by or are under common control with EagleView) and/or their licensors.

Products and/or Services means any goods and/or services that Supplier provides to SFDC under the Agreement.

Examples of Products and/or Services in a sentence

• Acceptance shall be when DXC deems the Products and/or Services to meet its specified criteria (“Acceptance”).

• If only a portion of Products and/or Services is available for shipment or performance to meet the Delivery Date, Supplier shall promptly notify DXC and proceed unless otherwise directed by DXC.

• DXC shall pay or reimburse Supplier for Value Added Tax, GST, PST, Sales and Use or any similar transaction taxes imposed on the sale of Products and/or Services sold to DXC under this Agreement provided the taxes are statutorily imposed either jointly or severally on DXC.

• Buyer and its customer may inspect and test material, work in progress, Products and/or Services at all times and places during manufacture and otherwise.

• Payment will not constitute acceptance of Products and/or Services or impair DXC’s right to inspect.

More Definitions of Products and/or Services

Products and/or Services means Supplier’s products and/or services as outlined in the Agreement.

Products and/or Services. The range of Products and or Services including but not limited to (Product line and Service mix) to be offered to customers for sale in company-owned and franchised Stores under the Trademark (Trademark).

Products and/or Services means the products and services sold or provided by Licensee in the conduct of the RES Business following the Closing that are (i) the products and services sold or provided by Licensor through its RES Business prior to the Closing, (ii) the products and services of Licensor substantially developed by Licensor through its RES Business as of the Closing, and (iii) with Licensor's prior written approval, products or services that are substantially similar to the products and services sold or provided and/or substantially developed for sale by Licensor prior to the Closing.

Products and/or Services means the products and/or services that are ordered by Subscriber under an Order Form and made available by Echo360 as set forth in the Documentation.

Products and/or Services means the online products and/or services offered by HA, including but not limited to various types of membership.

Products and/or Services means the Website, the Mobile Application, products, goods, items, services, software, amenities and/or facilities provided by us.

Products and/or Services means the products and/or services described in the Reference Schedule (if any) to be provided by the Council in connection with the Event.
