Common use of Reasonable Notice Clause in Contracts

Reasonable Notice. It is mutually understood and agreed that a copy of the City Council or Personnel Board agenda for each meeting mailed, by U.S. Mail or interoffice mail, or sent by e-mail to the authorized representative of ATA shall constitute reasonable written notice, and notice of an opportunity to meet with such agency, on all matters within the scope of representation upon which the City Council or Personnel Board may act.
