Common use of Reasonable Notice Clause in Contracts

Reasonable Notice. Any requirement under Applicable Law of reasonable notice by the Administrative Agent or the Lenders to the Borrower of any event in connection with, or in any way related to, the Loan Documents or the exercise by the Administrative Agent or the Lenders of any of their rights thereunder shall be met if notice of such event is given to the Borrower in the manner prescribed above at least 10 days before (A) the date of such event or (B) the date after which such event will occur.
