Common use of Project Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Project Evaluation. The Consultant shall provide a preliminary assessment of the project information provided by the Owner. Based on the assessment, the Consultant shall advise the Owner of any other information needed, or consultant services required, which may be needed to accomplish the project. The Consultant shall provide prompt written notice to the Owner if the Consultant becomes aware of any errors, omissions or inconsistencies in any services or information provided by the Owner.
