Common use of Project Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Project Evaluation. The Parties will participate in an informal evaluation of the effectiveness of the federal review in relation to the Project within 90 days of the completion of the regulatory review. The level of effort and format of the evaluation will be appropriate to the scale of the issues encountered.
