Common use of Processing Fee Clause in Contracts

Processing Fee. All cancellations made later than twenty-one days after booking are subject to a non- refundable fee of $300 and additional cancellation charges per the schedule below. Cancellations made within 21 days after booking will be subject to the same fee, unless the reason for canceling given at the time of cancellation is your rejection of these Terms and Conditions prior to acceptance. This $300 fee reflects only Operator's costs of administering a reservation.
