PHASE. The Prime Professional Services Professional/Professional is also legally permitted by the State of Michigan’s regulation provisions of the State Construction Code, Act 230 of the Public Acts of 1972, as amended, and designated in a Construction Contract by the Department to recommend construction progress payments to the Construction Professional. PROJECT: Any new construction, existing site, new utilities, existing building renovation, roof repairs and/or removal and replacement, additions, alteration, repair, installation, construction quality control and material testing services, painting, decorating, demolition, conditioning, reconditioning or improvement of public buildings, works, bridges, highways or roads authorized by the Department that requires professional study/design services as part of this Contract.
