Personal Leave Entitlement a. Full-time and part-time team members are entitled to take personal leave when they are unable to attend work on a day that they are rostered to work, due to a personal illness or injury.
Personal Leave Entitlement. (a) A full time Employee is entitled to paid personal/xxxxx’s leave of 114 hours. A part- time Employee is entitled to pro-rata amount of paid personal/carer’s leave based on the part-time Employee’s hours of work.
Personal Leave Entitlement. (a) Every full-time employee (other than a casual) shall become entitled to not less than 76 hours personal/carer's leave for each completed year of employment with the Employer. Such paid leave will accrue fortnightly.
Personal Leave Entitlement. 37.1.1 A Full-time Employee is entitled to 75 hours (10 days) of Personal Leave on full pay for each year of continuous Service. Personal leave will accrue on a daily basis during periods of continuous service and paid Personal Leave entitlements will accumulate from year to year.
Personal Leave Entitlement. Full time Employees will be allowed up to ten (10) days leave in each year of employment for sickness and other special circumstances including, but not limited to, carers leave. During the first year of employment an Employees personal leave entitlement will accumulate at the rate of one (1) day for each of the first ten (10) calendar months. Employees will be allowed two (2) single days of absence in each year of employment, for the purposes of sick leave, where the need to produce a medical certificate is waived. Unused sick and special leave entitlements will accumulate from year to year.
Personal Leave Entitlement. 35.1 Personal leave is for the purpose of providing income for employees unable to attend work due to personal illness or injury, or due to providing care or support to a member of the employee’s immediate family or household who requires care or support because of a personal illness or injury or an unexpected emergency affecting the member.

Personal Leave Entitlement. 64. Whilst employees are able to access personal leave in accordance with clause 21.24 of the General Agreement, to ensure compliance with the Minimum Conditions of Employment Act 1993 a minimum of 75 hours must be available to employees for the purposes of an employee’s entitlement to paid leave for illness or injury; or carer’s leave [clause 21.11].
Personal Leave Entitlement b. Personal leave comprises sick leave and xxxxx’s leave.
