A casual Employee will not be entitled to annual leave, sick leave, public holidays or other paid absences.
A casual Employee for working ordinary time shall be paid per hour one thirty-eighth of the weekly Agreement wage prescribed herein for the work which he or she performs, plus 20 per cent in lieu of all leave provisions available to other categories of Employees.
