Parties Involved. 3.1 This Agreement is between the State of Queensland acting through the Department of Education and Training in particular via Ormeau Xxxxx State High School (hereafter called “the School”) and the Parent/Guardian in relation to provision of the iPad to the student attending the school. The Student has been accepted into the School IPad Program for the remainder of the agreement.
