PARTIES TO AGREEMENT. This agreement is between the University of Central Florida (UCF) on behalf of its Board of Trustees, for the benefit of the University of Central Florida Department of Housing and Residence Life (UCF DHRL), and any person seeking residence accommodations in any of the various UCF DHRL residences (the Student). If the Student is a minor, or suffers any incapacity affecting the Student’s legal ability to enter into a contract, the term the Student shall also include the Student’s parent or legal guardian. The Student may not designate another person to act as agent or representative of the Student with regard to this agreement (i.e., having a friend pick up or turn in keys). The Student remains personally responsible for all rights and obligations arising from or related to this agreement.
PARTIES TO AGREEMENT. This is an Agreement for indemnity reinsurance solely between the Reinsured and the Reinsurer. The acceptance of reinsurance under this Agreement shall not create any right or legal relation whatever between the reinsurer and the insured or any other party.

PARTIES TO AGREEMENT. 1. This Agreement is an indemnity reinsurance agreement solely between the Company and Swiss Re Life & Health. The acceptance of reinsurance hereunder shall not create any right or legal relation whatever between Swiss Re Life & Health and the annuitant, owner, beneficiary or any other party under any contracts of the Company which may be reinsured hereunder, and the Company shall be and remain solely liable to such parties under such contracts reinsured hereunder.
PARTIES TO AGREEMENT. 2.01 This is an indemnity reinsurance agreement solely between Xxxxxxx Resolution Life Insurance Company, a Connecticut insurance company (the “Ceding Company”), and TR Re, Ltd., a Bermuda insurance company (the “Reinsurer”). The Ceding Company and the Reinsurer may be referred to individually as a “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties”.
PARTIES TO AGREEMENT. This Agreement is solely between the Ceding Company and the Reinsurer. There is no third party to this Agreement. Reinsurance under this Agreement shall not create any right or legal relationship between the Reinsurer and any other person, for example, any insured, policy owner, agent, beneficiary or assignee. The Ceding Company further agrees that it will not make the Reinsurer a party to any litigation between any such third party and the Ceding Company.
PARTIES TO AGREEMENT. This Agreement and the terms and conditions herein set forth are subject in all respects to the terms and conditions of the Plan, which are controlling. All decisions or interpretations of the Board and of the Committee shall be binding and conclusive upon Employee or upon Employee’s executors or administrators or beneficiaries upon any question arising hereunder or under the Plan. This Agreement will constitute an agreement between the company and the Employee as of the date first above written, which shall bind and inure to the benefit of their respective executors, administrators, beneficiaries, successors and assigns.
PARTIES TO AGREEMENT. THIS AGREEMENT, entered into on the 29th day of May, 2015. BY AND BETWEEN KWANTLEN POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”) AND KWANTLEN FACULTY ASSOCIATION, LOCAL #5 Federation of Post-Secondary Educators (FPSE) (hereinafter referred to as the “Union”)
PARTIES TO AGREEMENT. Each party to this Agreement certifies that it intends to and does contract with all other parties who are signatories to this Agreement and, in addition, with such other parties as may later be added as parties to and signatories of this Agreement pursuant to Article 18. Each party to this Agreement also certifies that the withdrawal from or cancellation of membership by any Member, pursuant to Articles 19 and 20 or otherwise, shall not affect this Agreement nor such party’s intent, as described above, to contract with the other remaining parties to the Agreement.
PARTIES TO AGREEMENT. The parties to the Agreement are the ocean common carrier members of NYSHEX (i.e. ocean common carriers that utilize NYSHEX) (jointly “Parties”). The ocean common carrier members are listed in Appendix A hereto.
