New Buildings. New buildings shall include adequate space to conduct interviews and meetings and provide counseling for students.
New Buildings. In Grantor's sole discretion, Grantor shall provide all electric power service to all New Buildings and to all Grantee's Space in the Grantor's retail service territory. New Buildings. Developer shall build 600,000 to 860,000 square feet of new employment buildings, with approximately 216,000 square feet to be built in the IL LUA. Developer may build up to 1200 residential units, throughout the Property. New Buildings. In NU’s sole discretion, NU shall provide all electric power service to all New Buildings and to all NEON Optica’s Space in NU’s retail service territory. NU shall perform and be responsible for site preparation and shall prepare foundations and fencing for all New Buildings on NU’s property. NEON Optica shall install all New Buildings and Equipment used in equipping the NEON Network and in cooperation with NU when such installation is on NU’s property. NEON Optica shall reimburse NU for its Actual Costs incurred pursuant to this Section 8.4. The parties shall, by subsequent agreement, apportion the costs of service and maintenance and space in any New Buildings containing both NEON Optica and NU Equipment.
New Buildings. Provider shall procure Builder’s Risk coverage, for the full replacement value of the insurable improvements on the Site from a carrier admitted to do business in the State, naming the State as an additional insured and loss payee. The policy shall insure all work, labor and materials furnished by Provider and Provider’s subcontractors against loss occasioned by fire, lightning, windstorm, including hurricane, flood, collapse, explosion and other perils covered by the standard Extended Coverage Endorsement, theft, vandalism and malicious mischief. The amount of insurance for the peril of flood may be less than the full replacement cost and subject to a sub-limit. The policy shall also include coverage for debris removal and reasonable compensation for architects’ and engineers’ services and expenses required as a result of an insured loss.
New Buildings. 10.2(a) Party Responsible-- The Party responsible for the engineering and design of New Buildings is specified for each Route Segment constructed after the Restatement Date in the Route Segment Exhibits.
New Buildings. 11.3(a) Party Responsible-- The Party responsible for the construction and installation of New Buildings is specified for each Route Segment constructed after the Restatement Date in the Route Segment Exhibits. 11.3(b) Scope-- The Party responsible for construction and installation of New Buildings on a Route Segment shall provide all supervision, labor and tools required to construct and install the New Buildings and shall, in consultation with the other Party, construct and install the New Buildings on such Route Segment in a prudent manner in accordance with the Specifications and the detailed design and engineering pursuant to Section 10 (including, without limitation, obtaining all required governmental permits or approvals for such construction) at a total cost consistent with the budget for such Route Segment.
New Buildings. 15.2(a) Party Responsible-- The Party responsible for the maintenance and repair of New Buildings is specified for each Route Segment in the Route Segment Exhibits.
