Fuel Lines. The fuel system supply and return lines installed from the fuel tank to the engine shall be black aramid braided lines with a fiber outer braid. The fuel lines shall connected with reusable steel fittings. Fuel line is compatible with bio-fuel blends. One (1) Fuel Shutoff Valve at Primary Filter and at Tank 07-04-0220 FUEL SHUTOFF VALVE Two (2) fuel shutoff valves shall be installed in the fuel draw line. One (1) valve shall be installed at the primary fuel filter to allow the fuel filter to be changed without loss of fuel to the fuel pump. A second fuel shutoff valve shall be installed in the fuel draw line, near the fuel tank to allow maintenance to be performed with minimal loss of fuel. Fuel Lines. Fuel lines shall be rated and sized to prevent freezing and plugging due to condensation and/or fuel gelling in extreme winter conditions. The fuel lines forward of the engine bulkhead shall be stainless steel tubing. The Contractor supplied fuel lines in the engine compartment shall be flexible. ALL hoses and ALL lines shall be wrapped by, protected by, routed through orange high temperature sleeve covers sleeve covers. Fuel lines may not be grouped with any other lines, hoses, cables or harnesses and shall be clamped and supported every 30 inches minimum. The fuel lines shall be clearly identified with permanent markings “FUEL“ and shall be easily distinguishable by a color used specifically for the fuel line that is not repeated anywhere on the Trolley. This permanent marking shall be spaced at no more than every four inches.

  • Fuel 28.1 The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the commencement of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged to You at a rate of $5.00 including GST per litre (which includes a service component).

  • Carrier Lines All Participants acknowledge that the Transaction of Message Content between Participants is to be provided over various facilities and communications lines, and information shall be transmitted over local exchange and Internet backbone carrier lines and through routers, switches, and other devices (collectively, “carrier lines”) owned, maintained, and serviced by third-party carriers, utilities, and Internet service providers, all of which may be beyond the Participants’ control. Provided a Participant uses reasonable security measures, no less stringent than those directives, instructions, and specifications contained in this Agreement, the Performance and Service Specifications, and the Operating Policies and Procedures, the Participants assume no liability for or relating to the integrity, privacy, security, confidentiality, or use of any information while it is transmitted over those carrier lines, which are beyond the Participants’ control, or any delay, failure, interruption, interception, loss, transmission, or corruption of any Message Content or other information attributable to transmission over those carrier lines which are beyond the Participants’ control. Use of the carrier lines is solely at the Participants’ risk and is subject to all Applicable Law.

  • Fueling delivering or dispensing fuel, defueling and refueling, or any other transfer of fuel on Airport property.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.

The facility consists of a two-bay truck rack with 17,000 barrels of active terminaling capacity, 13 above-ground storage tanks with approximately 1.1 million barrels of total storage capacity. The Hartford barge dock consists of a single-berth barge loading facility, approximately 0.8 miles of 8-inch pipeline and approximately 0.8 miles of 14-inch pipeline from the Hartford terminal to the Hartford barge dock for delivery.
