Common use of Fee Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Fee Adjustments. If Customer gives written notice subscribing for an additional Standard Sandbox and/or Performance Sandbox, PROS will invoice a prorated portion of the applicable annual fee proportional to the remainder of the then-current year of the Initial Subscription Term. Thereafter, such additional annual fee will be added to the annual Subscription fees invoiced in advance of each subsequent year of the Subscription Term.

If Customer gives written notice subscribing for an additional Standard Sandbox and/or Sandbox, Performance Sandbox, and/or Monthly Price Evaluations, PROS will invoice a prorated portion of the applicable annual fee proportional to the remainder of the then-current year of the Initial Subscription Term. Thereafter, such additional annual fee will be added to the annual Subscription fees invoiced in advance of each subsequent year of the Subscription Term.
