Servicer shall complete the development, testing, production and documentation of all mutually agreed to New Product Development Requests, Enhancements or other projects reasonably requested by Bank. Each new project shall be delivered based on the timing and cost estimate provided by Servicer, unless Bank submits any change to the New Product Development Request. Subject to the terms of the Agreement, Servicer will reasonably cooperate with Bank, and as requested, any third parties, in the development, testing and implementation of any New Product Development Requests, Enhancements or other projects.
