Equipment Lists. Non-proprietary summary of the major equipment (component systems and subsystems) for the project CO2 delivery, geologic injection and MVA activities. Equipment is to be sorted by flow diagram, equipment type, and equipment number. General non-proprietary description data are to be provided for each equipment item, including, but not limited to the number required for operation, size or capacity, major non-proprietary operating and design parameters, and manufacturer and/or vendor.

Equipment Lists. The Prohibited Equipment List identifies categories of equipment that recipients are prohibited from acquiring using federally-provided funds or via transfer from federal agencies, which includes: • Tracked Armored Vehicles: Vehicles that provide ballistic protection to their occupants and utilize a tracked system instead of wheels for forward motion. • Weaponized Aircraft, Vessels, and Vehicles of Any Kind: These items will be prohibited from purchase or transfer with weapons installed. • Firearms of .50-Caliber or Higher • Ammunition of .50-Caliber or Higher • Grenade Launchers: Firearm or firearm accessory designed to launch small explosive projectiles. This does not include launchers specifically designed and built to launch less lethal projectiles. • Bayonets: Large knives designed to be attached to the muzzle of a rifle/shotgun/long gun for the purpose of hand-to-hand combat. • Camouflage Uniforms: Does not include woodland or desert patterns or solid color uniforms. Camouflage-patterned uniforms acquired through federal programs are authorized to be worn only in environments where they actually camouflage the wearer, and may not be worn in cities, towns, and other urban or populous areas. The Controlled Equipment List identifies categories of equipment that have significant utility for state, local, tribal, territorial, and private sector grant recipients. Due to the nature of this equipment and the potential impact on communities, additional controls will be imposed on the acquisition, use, and transfer of this equipment. While several of the items below are not allowable expenses under DHS/FEMA preparedness grants (please see the Authorized Equipment List), the full Controlled Equipment List includes:
Equipment Lists. All equipment shall be given a “Tag Number” identifying the type of equipment, the media that it services and a numeric reference. The “Tag Number” will be used to reference all equipment on drawings, equipment indexes and data sheets. Equipment indexes shall reference service location, drawing references, rating, manufactures, data sheet locations, etc. Electrical Circuit Schedule: All electrical cables shall be given a “Circuit Number”. The “Circuit Numbers” will be used to reference all equipment on drawings, instrument indexes and data sheets. Circuit indexes shall reference service location, drawing references, rating, manufactures, data sheet locations, etc. Piping Line List: All piping shall be given a “Line Number” The “Line Number” will be used to reference all pipes on area/routing drawings, indexes and line lists. The line list shall contain line sizes, description of starting and ending location, operating and design location, insulation, drawing references, etc.
Equipment Lists. Lists of assets and components to be operated, maintained and repaired under this Contract are loaded in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), the Pressure Systems Database (PSD). See Section C-8.1 for further details.

  • Equipment, Etc Each Grantor shall, (i) within ten (10) days after a written request by the Administrative Agent, in the case of Equipment now owned, and (ii) following a request by the Administrative Agent pursuant to subclause (i) above, within ten (10) days after acquiring any other Equipment, deliver to the Administrative Agent, any and all certificates of title, and applications therefor, if any, of such Equipment and shall cause the Administrative Agent to be named as lienholder on any such certificate of title and applications. No Grantor shall permit any such items to become a fixture to real estate or an accession to other personal property unless such real estate or personal property is the subject of a fixture filing (as defined in the UCC) creating a first priority perfected Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent.

  • Equipment The Fund shall obtain and maintain at its own cost and expense all equipment and services, including but not limited to communications services, necessary for it to utilize the Software and obtain access to the System, and Custodian shall not be responsible for the reliability or availability of any such equipment or services.

  • Capital Equipment Collaborator’s commitment, if any, to provide ICD with capital equipment to enable the research and development activities under the Research Plan appears in Appendix B. If Collaborator transfers to ICD the capital equipment or provides funds for ICD to purchase it, then ICD will own the equipment. If Collaborator loans capital equipment to ICD for use during the CRADA, Collaborator will be responsible for paying all costs and fees associated with the transport, installation, maintenance, repair, removal, or disposal of the equipment, and ICD will not be liable for any damage to the equipment.

  • Fixtures and Equipment Each of the Company and its Subsidiaries (as applicable) has good title to, or a valid leasehold interest in, the tangible personal property, equipment, improvements, fixtures, and other personal property and appurtenances that are used by the Company or its Subsidiary in connection with the conduct of its business (the “Fixtures and Equipment”). The Fixtures and Equipment are structurally sound, are in good operating condition and repair, are adequate for the uses to which they are being put, are not in need of maintenance or repairs except for ordinary, routine maintenance and repairs and are sufficient for the conduct of the Company’s and/or its Subsidiaries’ businesses (as applicable) in the manner as conducted prior to the Closing. Each of the Company and its Subsidiaries owns all of its Fixtures and Equipment free and clear of all Liens except for (a) liens for current taxes not yet due and (b) zoning laws and other land use restrictions that do not impair the present or anticipated use of the property subject thereto.

  • Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment Sublessee shall have the right to use during the Term the office furnishings and equipment within the Subleased Premises that are identified on Exhibit C attached hereto, as such exhibit may be adjusted by mutual agreement of the parties prior to the Third Floor Premises Delivery Date (the “Furniture”), provided Sublessee may only use the Furniture located in the Second Floor Premises after the Second Floor Commencement Date. The Furniture is provided in its “AS IS, WHERE IS” condition, without representation or warranty whatsoever. Sublessee shall insure the Furniture under the property insurance policy required under the Master Lease, as incorporated herein, and pay all taxes with respect to the Furniture. Sublessee shall maintain the Furniture in good condition and repair, reasonable wear and tear excepted, and shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the same occurring during the Term. Sublessee shall surrender the Furniture to Sublessor upon the termination of this Sublease in the same condition as exists as of the applicable Delivery Date, reasonable wear and tear excepted. Sublessee shall not remove any of the Furniture from the Subleased Premises. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Sublessee may provide Sublessor with written notice one (1) time not less than forty-five (45) days prior to the Third Floor Premises Delivery Date that lists any items of Furniture that Sublessee does not want to use and Sublessor shall, at no cost to Sublessee, remove such items from the Subleased Premises prior to the Third Floor Premises Delivery Date and such items shall no longer be considered Furniture hereunder. Notwithstanding the foregoing, provided Sublessee is not in default beyond the expiration of any applicable cure or grace period as of the date of the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease, which condition may be waived by Sublessor in its sole discretion, then upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease, the Furniture shall become the property of Sublessee, and Sublessee shall accept the same in its “AS IS, WHERE IS” condition, without representation or warranty whatsoever except as provided in the Bill of Sale referred to in the following sentence. In the event the Furniture is to become the property of Sublessee upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease pursuant to the terms of the immediately preceding sentence, then Sublessor agrees to execute and deliver to Sublessee a Bill of Sale in the form of Exhibit D attached hereto conveying and transferring to Sublessee the Furniture.

  • Equipment Leases Landlord shall enter into such leases of equipment and personal property as Tenant may reasonably request from time to time, provided that the form and substance thereof shall be reasonably satisfactory to Landlord. Tenant shall prepare and deliver to Landlord all such lease documents for which Landlord's execution is necessary and Landlord shall promptly, upon approval thereof, execute and deliver such documents to Tenant. Tenant shall, throughout the Term, be responsible for performing all of Landlord's obligations under all such documents and agreements.
