Equipment Inventory Report. GRANTEE will submit an Equipment Inventory Report which provides a record of the current inventory of items purchased, disposed of, replaced or transferred for any equipment that was purchased with grant funds.

Equipment Inventory Report. A complete inventory must be submitted with final PPER documents for all major equipment acquired or furnished under this project with a unit acquisition cost of $5,000 or more. The inventory list must include the description of the item, manufacturer serial and/or identification number, acquisition date and cost, percentage of Federal funds used in the acquisition of the item. The recipient should also identify each item of equipment that it wishes to retain for continued use in accordance with 45 CFR Part 75. These requirements do apply to equipment purchased with non-federal funds for this program. The awarding agency may exercise its rights to require the transfer of equipment purchased under the assistance award referenced in the cover letter. CDC will notify the recipient if transfer to title will be required and provide disposition instruction on all major equipment. Equipment with a unit acquisition cost of less than $5,000 that is no longer to be used in projects or programs currently or previously sponsored by the Federal Government may be retained, sold, or otherwise disposed of, with no further obligation to the Federal Government. If no equipment was acquired under this award, a negative report is required. Final Invention Statement: A Final Invention Statement must be submitted with the final PPER documents.   • Inventory To the extent Inventory held for sale or lease has been produced by any Borrower, it has been and will be produced by such Borrower in accordance with the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, and all rules, regulations and orders thereunder.

  • Safe Equipment The City shall furnish and maintain in the best possible working condition, within the limits of its financial capability, the necessary tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies, and equipment required for members to safely carry out their duties. Members are responsible for reporting unsafe conditions or practices, for avoiding negligence, and for properly using and caring for tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies, and equipment provided by the City.

  • Stored equipment We accept no responsibility for any stored equipment or other property brought on to or left at the premises, and all liability for loss or damage is hereby excluded. All equipment and other property (other than stored equipment) must be removed at the end of each hiring or we will charge fees each day or part of a day at the hire fee per hiring until the same is removed. We may, in our discretion, dispose of any items referred to below by sale or otherwise on such terms and conditions as we think fit, and charge you any costs we incur in storing and selling or otherwise disposing of the same, in any of the following circumstances:

  • Rented Equipment Payment for required equipment rented from an outside company that is neither an affiliate of, nor a subsidiary of, the Design-Builder will be based on receipted invoices which shall not exceed rates given in the current edition of the Rental Rate Blue Book for Construction Equipment published by Data Quest. If actual rental rates exceed manual rates, written justification shall be furnished to the Contracting Officer for consideration. No additional allowance will be made for overhead and profit. The Design-Builder shall submit written certification to the Contracting Officer that any required rented equipment is neither owned by nor rented from the Design- Builder or an affiliate of or subsidiary of the Design-Builder.
