Sale Price definition

Sale Price means the value as determined by the Administrator of the consideration payable, or otherwise to be received by stockholders, per share of Stock pursuant to a Sale Event.
Sale Price means any trade price for the shares of Common Stock on the Principal Market as reported by the Principal Market.
Sale Price means the price agreed upon by the Participating Funds and Seller at which the Securities and Cash Collateral, if any, are to be sold to the Participating Funds by Seller.

Sale Price means the price agreed upon by the Participating Funds and Seller at which the Securities and Cash Collateral, if any, are to be sold to the Participating Funds by Seller. (y) "Securities" shall mean all Eligible Securities delivered by Seller or to be delivered by Seller to the Participating Funds pursuant to a particular repurchase transaction and not yet repurchased hereunder, together with all rights related thereto and all proceeds thereof. (z) "Securities System" shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 3(c) of this Agreement. (aa) "Seller" shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement. Sale Price means, for any security as of any date, any trade price for such security on the Principal Market as reported by Bloomberg, or, if the Principal Market is not the principal securities exchange or trading market for such security, the trade price of such security on the principal securities exchange or trading market where such security is listed or traded as reported by Bloomberg.
