EQUIPMENT FURNISHED. The Company shall furnish the employees such tools as are necessary to perform their work. The Carrier shall provide protective clothing and equipment (except shoes) that it deems necessary for the protection of the safety and health of employees covered by this agreement. Regularly assigned employees shall be allowed $3.00 per month each month on which their names appear on the payroll in lieu of furnishing foul weather gear to such employees.

The Company shall furnish and the employees shall use rain coats, rain hats, rubber boots, work gloves, safety eye glasses, and other similar equipment which is necessary over and above the employee's normal working clothing to protect the employee when required to work in wet weather.

  • All new supplies equipment and services shall include manufacturer's minimum standard warranty unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Vendor shall be legally permitted to sell all products offered for sale to TIPS Members. All goods proposed and sold shall be new unless clearly stated in writing.   • Equipment and Materials Contractor at its sole cost and expense shall provide and furnish all tools, labor, materials, equipment, transportation services and any other items (collectively, "Equipment") which are required or necessary to perform the Services in a manner which is consistent with generally accepted standards of the profession for similar services.
