Entrance Fees. Reasonable differences in entrance fees for other FRDAP projects may be allowed on the basis of residence, but only if the Grantee can clearly show that the difference in entrance fees reflects, and is substantially related to, all economic factors related to park management, and it is not simply related to the amount of tax dollars spent by the residents for the park; and that a definite burden on the Grantee in park maintenance costs clearly justifies a higher fee for nonresidents.

Entrance Fees. (a) The attached list of entrance fee liabilities as of November 30, 2009 is incorporated into this Section 3.3(e) by this reference. This list of entrance fee liabilities will be updated as of the Closing.

Entrance Fees. You shall pay to the Corporation a one-time Entrance Fee on the later of (i) thirty (30) days before the Occupancy Date or (ii) sixty (60) days from the day of acceptance for admission. Entrance Fees. In the event that School schedules a high school athletic event or high school activity which involves the charging of a gate fee, then the parties agree that said gross fees received shall be shared equally between the parties. School shall be responsible for providing all ticket takers, referees, and chaperones for such events at their expense, or in the alternative, at the option of School, School may rent the facility at an amount agreed upon by the parties.
