Entrance Fees. Reasonable differences in entrance fees for other FRDAP projects may be allowed on the basis of residence, but only if the Grantee can clearly show that the difference in entrance fees reflects, and is substantially related to, all economic factors related to park management, and it is not simply related to the amount of tax dollars spent by the residents for the park; and that a definite burden on the Grantee in park maintenance costs clearly justifies a higher fee for nonresidents.
Entrance Fees. 1. Entrance Fee Options:
Entrance Fees. (a) The attached list of entrance fee liabilities as of November 30, 2009 is incorporated into this Section 3.3(e) by this reference. This list of entrance fee liabilities will be updated as of the Closing.

Entrance Fees. Purchaser shall receive a credit equal to 50% of the amount of the unamortized Entrance Fees. Stayton shall receive a credit equal to the discounted present value over a period of five years at a discount rate of 12% per year of 100% of the Entrance Fees held by lenders under the Assumed Real Property Loans.
Entrance Fees. Tenant shall be permitted to charge Entrance Fees to each new resident of the Retirement Community in connection with any Continuing Care Agreement entered into between Tenant and each such new resident. Tenant shall be entitled to retain its Marketing Fee from monies collected as Non-Refundable Entrance Fees.

Entrance Fees. You shall pay to the Corporation a one-time Entrance Fee on the later of (i) thirty (30) days before the Occupancy Date or (ii) sixty (60) days from the day of acceptance for admission. The Resident may not move into the applicable unit unless the Entrance Fee, as calculated below, has been paid. Refund of part of the Entrance Fee, if any, shall be calculated exclusively in accordance with Addendum B to this Agreement, to the extent applicable to the payment option selected by you, or Section IX.C of this Agreement, if applicable. Addendum B is incorporated herein by reference. The portion of the Entrance Fee, if any, to be refunded after the Occupancy Date is not held in trust or escrow for the benefit of Resident after the Occupancy Date. Furthermore, Resident acknowledges reviewing all of the terms of the Entrance Fee refund clauses and provisions contained in this Agreement and in Addendum B to this Agreement.
Entrance Fees. In the event that School schedules a high school athletic event or high school activity which involves the charging of a gate fee, then the parties agree that said gross fees received shall be shared equally between the parties. School shall be responsible for providing all ticket takers, referees, and chaperones for such events at their expense, or in the alternative, at the option of School, School may rent the facility at an amount agreed upon by the parties.
