School athletic event means a game, competition, or practice associated with an athletic activity sanctioned by the Wyoming High School Activities Association or a game, competition, or practice associated with school-sponsored athletic activities in a middle or junior high school which directly corresponds to those high school activities sanctioned by the Wyoming High School Activities Association.

  • Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond WRAS’s reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks [or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;

  • Most serious offense means any of the following felonies

  • Universal Digital Loop Carrier (UDLC means the DLC system that has a CO terminal channel bank that is connected to the CO switches on the analog side.

  • School-Sponsored Activity means any activity sponsored, recognized or authorized by the Board and includes activities conducted on or off school property.

  • Training Event means either a Course or Online Training, or both.

  • Qualifying exigency means a situation where the eligible employee seeks leave for one or more of the following reasons:

  • Family day system means any person who approves family day homes as members of its system;
