Non-Refundable Payments If the Seller accepts non-refundable payment(s) from a prospective Buyer through a purchase contract, and said Xxxxx does not complete the purchase of the Property, such non-refundable payment(s) shall be distributed equally between the Seller and the Agency up to the commission amount the Agency would have collected if the Property had sold under the agreed upon terms. If the Property is sold afterward to the same or different Buyer, the Agency shall be entitled to a Commission less payments received under this Section.
Refundable Deposit We may require that you provide us with a refundable deposit, which will be specified at the time of your order We may also require an additional deposit after activation of the Service if you fail to pay any amounts when due. Within ninety (90) days after termination of your Service, we -will return your Subscriber Deposit, less any unpaid amounts due on your account, including any amounts owed for unreturned or damaged Equipment. Amounts held on deposit will not accrue interest except as required by law.
Non-Refundable Fees 3. The School is unable to refund some fees. The following fees relate to expenses that the School may have paid or will incur as a result of receiving an application for enrolment and cannot be refunded:

Payment Terms – Payment in Arrears A. Invoices are to be submitted in arrears to the user agency/department to the ship- to address, unless otherwise directed in this CONTRACT. Payment will be net 30 days after receipt of an invoice in a format acceptable to the County of Orange and verified and approved by the agency/department and subject to routine processing requirements. The responsibility for providing an acceptable invoice rests with the CONTRACTOR.
Early Termination Fee After this contract goes into effect, if you terminate this contract for any reason, or switch your service to a different electricity generation supplier or default service supplier prior to the end of the contract term, you will be responsible for paying XOOM Energy an early termination fee in the amount of $500. This Early Termination Fee is intended not as a penalty, but simply to offset the cost of selling the unused portion of your electric power to others and estimated lost revenue that XOOM may incur from such a sale, if any, and related expenses.
Initiation Fee B. A graduate student employee may consent in writing to the authorization of the deduction of the one-time initiation fee and Union dues, or of agency fees, from their pay and to the designation of the Local as the recipient thereof.
