Common use of DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION Clause in Contracts

DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION. Subject to paragraph 2.1 above any Contracting Body ordering Available Goods and Services under the Framework without holding a further competition shall: develop a clear Statement of Requirements setting out its requirements for the Available Goods and Services; apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue of Available Goods and Services for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and on the basis set out above, award its Goods and Services Requirements by placing an Order with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 6.3 below.

Subject to paragraph 2.1 4.4 above any Contracting Body ordering Available Goods and the Services under the this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: develop a clear Statement of Requirements setting out its requirements for the Available Goods and Services; apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue of Available Goods and the Services for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and on the basis set out above, award its Goods and Services Requirements by placing an Order with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 6.3 7 below.. FURTHER COMPETITION PROCEDURE (NOT APPLICABLE)

Subject to paragraph 2.1 above 1.2 any Contracting Body ordering Available Goods and Services under the Framework without holding a further competition shall: shall:- develop a clear Statement of Requirements setting out its requirements for the Available Goods and Services; apply the Direct Standard Award Criteria to the catalogue of Available Goods and Services for all Suppliers Providers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers Providers provides the most economically advantageous solutionbest value for money; and on the basis set out above, award its Goods and Services Requirements by placing an Order with the successful Framework Supplier Provider in accordance with paragraph 6.3 below6.

Subject to paragraph 2.1 10.2 above any Contracting Body ordering Available Goods and the Services under the this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: develop a clear Statement of Requirements setting out its requirements for the Available Goods and Services; apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue of Available Goods and the Services for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and on the basis set out above, award its Goods and Services Requirements by placing an Order with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 6.3 16 below.
