Common use of Demolition of Structures Clause in Contracts

Demolition of Structures. (if implemented by the City): The Contractor will remove structures designated for removal by and at the direction of the City. The Contractor agrees to remove in a timely manner all structures as determined by the City as set out in Section 1.1 of this Contract.

The Contractor agrees to remove in a timely manner all structures as determined by the City Municipality as set out in Section 1.1 of this Contract..
