Daily Service a. Re-stock all rest rooms with supplies from the Landlord’s stock, including paper towels, toilet tissue, seat covers and hand soap, as required.
Daily Service. Contractor will perform the following tasks every Workday. Area Task Requirements/ Standards All areas Empty all wastebaskets and recycling bins, including trashcans located outside Courthouse entrances. S1 Clean and disinfect water fountains and rails. S11 Spot clean walls, ledges, doors, and light switches. S3 Pick up and remove trash, paper, cans, bottles and other debris. S26 Report graffiti and items needing repair to the Court’s project manager or designee. Clean all glass partitions at public counter. S9 Entrances Keep all entrances free of dirt, dust, trash, cigarette butts, and any excess water caused by inclement weather. Clean all glass doors located at the public entrance to the building. S9 Public areas, including court rooms Clean all seats, benches, and chairs in public areas, including courtrooms but excluding the jury assembly room. S4 Check under benches, chairs, tables, countertops, and water fountains in public areas for gum, debris, or contraband (e.g. weapons). Remove all gum and debris, and report all contraband to the Court’s project manager or designee. Kitchen and inside break area for employees Clean and disinfect counter surfaces, tables, chairs, and sinks. S4, S5 Restock Court-supplied paper products as necessary to prevent outages Public staircase Vacuum or sweep stairs. S7 Clean rails. S4 Restrooms Empty and disinfect sanitary receptacles. S2 Dust mop and wet mop floors. X00, X00, X00, X00 Clean and disinfect all bathroom surfaces. S4, S5 Restock all dispensers with appropriate products (hand soap, toilet tissue, hand towels, etc.) as necessary to prevent outages. Clean and disinfect all porcelain or stainless-steel Fixtures, including sinks, urinals, and toilets. S10 Clean and disinfect surfaces all walls and Partitions, cabinets and all surfaces adjacent to Fixtures. S10 Clean and disinfect doors, doorknobs, and push plates. S4, S5 Clean all mirrors and glass. S9 Report all stopped-up urinals, toilets, sinks or other items needing repairs to the Court’s project manager or designee. All areas Clean spills etc that occur during the day.
Daily Service. Empty all trash receptacles; replace liners if necessary but not less than weekly. (liner to be provide by contractor) - Remove all collected trash to designated area. - Dust all horizontal surfaces. - Spot clean all horizontal and vertical surfaces removing fingerprints, smudges and stains. - Dust mop all hard surface floors with treated or electrostatic dust mop. - Mop all stains and spills, especially coffee and drink spills.

(Make sure to use proper protection when using this liquids it can cause damage, take items that are being sprayed out to the balcony when spraying them) • Use Port-A-Vac from top to bottom including window xxxxx, under refrigerator, drawers etc, • Clean all drawers from the inside and outside using Xxxxxx’x Liquid soap/shine. • Clean all dirty items. • Place all items back in place and organize them. • Clean refrigerator and freezer using a small brush to remove scratches and SOS to remove all stains. • Clean the stove and oven light cover completely including the inside. • Clean the dishwasher with a small brush both inside and out. • Clean microwave with a small brush both inside and out. • Clean coffee maker with a small brush both inside and out. • Clean all ledges by removing all stains including all corners. • Clean kitchen sink using SOS and small brush. Remove food dispenser guard and clean it from the inside. • Vacuum all window xxxxx and railings. After vacuuming, clean them. • Clean trash can and recycling can. • Clean walls and light covers. • Please use polish on all cabinets and drawers. ...

THREE TIMES/WEEK SERVICE: Spot clean all horizontal and vertical surfaces removing dust, fingerprints, smudges and stains. TWICE/WEEK SERVICE: Spot vacuum to remove visible soil. Vacuum all carpeted traffic lane areas. WEEKLY SERVICE: Using tank vacuum or back pack, vacuum corners edges and chairs then traffic vacuum all carpeted areas. Dust all low reach areas. MONTHLY SERVICE: Dust all window blinds. Dust all high reach areas. Vacuum HVAC louvers. TWICE/WEAR SERVICE: Extract carpets using an automatic extractor. Dust ceiling light lenses. RESTROOMS/SHOWER—TILE DAILY SERVICE: Refill dispensers, empty trash, clean and sanitize all restroom fixtures, wipe all counters, clean mirrors, wipe chrome, spot wipe partitions, vacuum and damp mop floors using a germicidal cleaner. Empty all sanitary waste receptacles. Place water in floor drains. Fully clean all showers. MONTHLY SERVICE: Dust and clean all exhaust air vents. Wash all restroom partitions on both sides. Machine scrub all restroom floors using germicidal detergent. YEARLY SERVICE: Machine wash all ceramic tile walls. ELEVATOR LOBBY—CARPET DAILY SERVICE: Fully vacuum floors from wall to wall with battery powered wide vacuum. Using approved spotter, spot clean carpeted area. Vacuum all elevator threshold plates to remove all debris. THREE TIMES/WEEK SERVICE: Spot clean all horizontal and vertical surfaces removing dust, fingerprints, smudges and stains. WEEKLY SERVICE: Dust all low reach areas. Polish threshold plates in front of each elevator entry. MONTHLY SERVICE: Dust all high reach areas. Vacuum HVAC louvers. EVERY OTHER MONTH SERVICE: Extract carpets using an automatic extractor.

Daily Service. Using a hard surface floor foot tool, and a hcpa filter vacuum all hard surface floor area. Clean and polish all bright metal work. Spot clean door glass and side glass. Dust all accessible horizontal surfaces. Spot clean all horizontal and vertical surfaces removing dust, fingerprints, smudges and stains. Empty all trash containers check liners, change if soiled. (This will result in changing liners no less than weekly.) Collect all trash and place in designated area. Using a flat mop, mop all stains and spills.
