Construction Schedules. Construction Manager shall incorporate the relevant portions of the Project Schedule, into its Construction Schedules. Construction Manager shall include with its Estimated Contract Sum preliminary Construction Schedules for Owner Parties’ review. After Owner approves the Project budget, Construction Manager shall update and distribute with the Progress Report its approved Construction Schedules throughout the duration of the Work. Each such updated Construction Schedule shall conform to the Contract Documents’ requirements and shall accurately reflect progress and remaining estimated durations of applicable Work.
Construction Schedules. 10.1 Within seven (7) days of the University’s issuance of a purchase order, the Contractor shall submit to the Project Coordinator three (3) copies of a Construction Schedule for this Project. The Schedule shall be in bar chart form and shall include all aspects of the work, the interrelationship of the various trades and the critical path of the job. The schedule shall include a timeline for the submission, review and approval of shop drawings for critical path items and delivery and installation dates for those same critical path, or long lead time items, (such as electrical transformers and elevator). The Schedule shall coincide with the Contractor’s approved Schedule of Values. The Schedule shall indicate a completion date in advance of the date established for Substantial Completion. The Schedule shall be acceptable to the Architect/Engineer and the Project Coordinator. It shall be revised and reissued at the beginning of every month for the duration of the project. This monthly update progress Schedule shall include a summary comparison of the original schedule and the latest updated schedule (previous month) showing all activity description and dates. These comparison schedules shall be in the form of a summary bar chart, an activity listing report and actual to target comparisons. The reports may include critical activities, float time, duration of each activity, dates of each activity and the network logic (including successors and predecessors of each activity). Included with the written report and electronic copy of the schedule submission noting the above referenced requirements. Failure to provide the Architect/Engineer, or the Project Coordinator with an acceptable, revised Schedule, within seven (7) days of the receipt of a written request, may result in the withholding of the Contractor’s monthly progress payments until such a Schedule is received.

Construction Schedules. As part of GMP, XXXX shall submit to Owner for Owner’s review an initial job progress schedule. Once the Notice to Proceed is issued, the Construction Schedule shall be updated to reflect the Contract Time as defined in the Agreement. Unless a specific software application is called for elsewhere in the Contract Documents, XXXX shall use Microsoft Project, SureTrak Project Manager, Primavera Project Planner, or other scheduling software acceptable to Owner to configure all versions of its job progress schedule. XXXX shall prepare the Construction Schedule using the critical path format. Schedule activities shall be of sufficient detail to assure that adequate planning has been done for proper execution of all of XXXX’x work. The job progress schedule shall show the sequence, duration, and interdependence of activities required for the complete performance of all of XXXX’x work. XXXX shall include on the Construction Schedule the schedule for submittals, shop drawings, procurement, fabrication, and delivery for major materials and equipment required for the Project, and shall allow no less than 21 days for Owner’s review of each such submittal. After XXXX’x initial Construction Schedule is accepted by Owner, it will be designated as the “Accepted Construction Schedule”. An Accepted Construction Schedule is a condition precedent to Owner’s obligation to make the initial progress payment to XXXX.

The schedule shall show the sequence, duration, and interdependence of activities required for the complete performance of all of D-BE’s work.
Construction Schedules. Prior to commencement of work, the architect / contractor shall prepare and submit a project schedule to the Property Manager. The schedule must be in the Microsoft Project format and indicate material lead times and the start and finish dates of each trade. The architect / contractor shall keep the schedule current, as required by the conditions of the work.
