Long Lead Time definition

Long Lead Time means Components that require [*] or longer for vendor delivery. Long Lead Time Components shall not be ordered without written authorization from SSI.
Long Lead Time or “LLT” material in this contract refers to material with a lead time equal to or greater than fifty-six (56) days.
