Common use of Concession Period Clause in Contracts

Concession Period. The Concession hereby granted is for a period of nine (9) years from the Appointed Date or until termination thereof in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. (“Concession Period”). Provided that in the event of Termination, the Concession Period shall mean and be limited to the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending with the Termination Date.
