Collin College and Xxxxxxx ISD agree to enter into a partnership to award dual credit. This Agreement hereby incorporates by reference all dual credit requirements defined in the Texas Administrative Code (“TAC”) and the accreditation requirements established by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (“SACSCOC”) which is Collin College’s accrediting body, as such may be amended during its term. Selain berkenaan tentang kepentingan nasional, Indonesia sebenarnya juga tidak menetapkan tujuan yang jelas yang akan dicapai dalam kerjasama ekonomi ini. Diplomasi ekonomi yang diupayakan indonesia dalam kerjasama ekonomi bilateral ini didasari oleh beberapa faktor seperti latar belakang sejarah, hubungan perdagangan xxxx xxxxxx menguntungkan, xxx juga kemajuan perekonomian Jepang. Indonesia juga bergantung kepada situasi ekonomi Jepang karena kegiatan impor,ekspor, xxx investasi yang berlangsung memberi dampak terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia dilihat dari nilai perdagangan yang terus mengalami tren kenaikan.
