Security Requirements definition

Security Requirements means the requirements regarding the security of Personal Data, as set out in the Data Protection Laws (including, in particular, the seventh data protection principle of the DPA and/ or the measures set out in Article 32(1) of the GDPR (taking due account of the matters described in Article 32(2) of the GDPR)) as applicable;
Security Requirements means the security requirements set forth below in Section 7 of this Addendum.
Security Requirements means the security requirements set forth below in Section 7 of this Addendum and any security requirements requested by the Authority from time to time.

  • If the DSHS Data Security Requirements Exhibit is attached to this contract, this item, 6.b.(4), is superseded by the language contained in the Exhibit.

  • Party shall provide a security plan, risk assessment, and security controls review document within three months of the start date of this Agreement (and update it annually thereafter) in order to support audit compliance with 45 CFR 95.621 subpart F, ADP System Security Requirements and Review Process.

  • With respect to the Technology Business, no Seller has experienced any Security Breaches, and no Seller has received any written notices from any Person regarding such Seller’s non-compliance with Privacy and Security Requirements.


More Definitions of Security Requirements

Security Requirements means industry best practices and other reasonable physical, technical and administrative safeguards, procedures, protocols, requirements and obligations related to facility and network security in order to protect Authority Data from unauthorized access, processing, destruction, modification, distribution and use, as approved in writing by the Authority.
Security Requirements has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a)(xxviii).
Security Requirements means the requirements imposed by the Authority to ensure the security of Personal Data as notified to the Contractor;
Security Requirements means the Customer’s security requirements as set out in the Order Form;
Security Requirements means the CLIENT’S security requirements as set out in the Order Form;
Security Requirements means collectively the most recent version (unless GP specifies an earlier version) of the GP TEE Protection Profile, GP TEE Evaluation Methodology and GP TEE Attack Catalog, and all amendments, modifications and upgrades as adopted by GP from time to time.
